Studio Flat, Bulstrode Avenue, TW3

I am looking to rent out a separate studio flat which is located at the back of my family home in (Hounslow, Bulstrode Avenue). I have a large driveway with plenty of parking, so if you have a car, you can find parking right in front. We have many local shops nearby and public transportation as well (Hounslow Central and Hounslow West tube station are 5-10 minutes walk away). It is also within walking distance of Hounslow High Street.
The room is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 drawer, 1 chair, 1 large wardrobe, 1 portable electric heater and 1 standing electric clothes dryer. The room also includes a small kitchen area which contains: cabinets, sink, free-standing electric hob and oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. The room also comes with its own bathroom which includes wash basin, cabinet, toilet, electric towel rack and shower. 
PLEASE NOTE - THE ELECTRIC BILL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT. This will be given on a monthly basis via a separate meter which has been installed specifically to indicate the amount of usage from the studio flat itself.   
Ideally, I'm looking to rent the room out to 1 person or a couple (maximum 2 people) to stay a minimum of six months to a year, a non-smoker and not too noisy. I would also like no overnight guests please. If this sounds like it might suit you, please do not hesistate to contact me.
