It is a 5 minute walk from Littlehaven mainline train station, connecting you to Gatwick & London directly. There is a bus stop 1/2 minutes away on the road, with buses into town & Gatwick.
The house has a large main bedroom, a good second double bedroom and a small single bedroom with restricted head height. There is an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom, and an additional bathroom with bath and shower downstairs, as well as a very small cloakroom. It is possible to also make available as part of the let a garden room with en-suite bathroom, which can fit a double bed or is a comfortable single room (please enquire if interested in this). Garage storage can also be made available as part of the let - again please enquire if this would be of interest.

The house is available for let with all bills included and fully furnished. The house is available only on a short let initially of 1-3 months, but it may be an option to extend this later on. 
Please note that the house has some low doorways / ceilings, but heights are good in the main bedroom. The maximum capacity for the upstairs bedroom areas is 4 people and is ideally suited to 2 or 3 with occasional additional usage.
