Double (with en-suite shower room) has 1 double bed that sleeps 2 but is also available for single occupancy @ £165; double occupancy @ £200 pw.

Twin room (with en-suite shower room) has 2 single bed which  each sleeps 1 @ £160pw for 1 and £200pw for 2.

This is an Edwardian guest house within walking distance of Horley town centre with shop, pubs and railway station.

Rooms include full central heating with portable electric heater for cooler evenings and a fan for warmer evenings. Digital TV(with access to satellite tv stations), a fridge/freezer and microwave all in each room. Ccrockery and cutlery available on request.

Please note that there is no access to a kitchen and that is private.

Free Wi-Fi. Bills included. Linen is included and bed is changed weekly and room also cleaned weekly and this is included in the cost.

Suitable for someone working at Gatwick as it is close to bus and rail networks. 15-minute walk to Gatwick Airport.

There is off road parking if you have a car as there is a car park at the front of the property.
