Looking for a tenant to replace my current flatmate who is moving out in August (having moved jobs). The flat will be available from mid-August.

The flat itself is furnished but the room I am looking to fill is not. However, the current tenant is willing to sell her furniture at a discounted rate.
The room is en-suite with a good amount of space for a desk. It also has a walk-in wardrobe. The location is quite private and sits onto the back of lots of tall trees. There is an underground car-park (as well as an outdoor carpark) and a private gym facility.

I am looking to rent the room for 750 a month which includes all bills, use of the gym and car park. There are no other charges involved.

I work at Tesco myself in Welwyn Garden City. If you also work here I am happy to liftshare in the mornings.
