This room is huge and full of natural light, as is the whole house. The room will be unfurnished but there's a big clothes storage unit fitted in the bedroom and enough space to put any extra desks or wardrobes in as well. The rest of the house is furnished. 
The kitchen is huge and natural light pours in from both sides. With dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer and a washing machine by the back door.

There's a bathroom/shower with toilet upstairs and a toilet with a sink downstairs.

The South West facing garden is also big and there is a side entrance at the back that leads onto Peppard Lane. (Very handy if you go out on your bike and want to put it straight into the shed).

The other tenant is very friendly and sociable. He's also very tidy and considerate.

Henley is a lively little town with a lovely community of interesting people, lots of restaurants and beautiful scenery by the river!

The house is a 10/15 minute walk from town and it's only a 2 minute drive to a big Tesco's store. It's also only a 5 minute drive to get to Waitrose in the town.
Townlands hospital is just a 5 minute drive as well and is accompanied by two brilliant GP surgeries.
