Available from the 1st September into early 2023, Middle House is wonderfully located for The Cotswolds while still being within reach for a regular commute to London, Birmingham and beyond. This house will be ideal for a family or family group to base themselves, with no need to bring anything but yourselves and a suitcase; literally everything else is provided to ensure you can relax from the minute you arrive!

Downstairs you'll find a wonderfully light and spacious living room with bifold doors leading out to a completely enclosed, lawned garden. The kitchen is completely equipped and the table there seats 8 comfortably. Adjacent to the living room, but vitally separate, is a small TV snug that enables a separate movie or sporting event to be watched in peace (or even, perhaps, a post-prandial snooze in the quiet).

Upstairs, the bedrooms are separated in groups. The main family group is above the kitchen side of the house - there you will find the master bedroom with lovely double windows looking over the garden to fields beyond. There is one further bedroom on this as well as an office - ideal for home-working, and with excellent broadband speeds. Going up further from this floor takes you to an extraordinary bedroom and games/TV area on the top floor under the eaves. Alongside a double bed is a large TV with squashy sofas, DVDs and games to be played on those afternoons when being outside is not such an attraction. The other two bedrooms - with a further bathroom - are accessed by a separate staircase. Both are good sized doubles - they have great views out over the gardens to the fields beyond.

The house comes with a regular gardener visit; cleaning can also be arranged (at guest's cost). All bills are included apart from oil; usage during your stay will be charged at market rate, in addition to the rent.

The surrounding area is absolutely stunning - following are some of the many highlights...

Great Tew is a picture perfect village just 10 minutes away, and has has a fantastic café with amazing food and bakery, Quince and Clover and a great 17th century pub with gorgeous views over the Great Tew valley, the Falkland Arms. It is also the beginning of some wonderful walks through the stunning North Oxfordshire countryside. Plus of course there is the renowned Soho Farmhouse, with all is wonderful facilities and restaurants, just next door.
The city of spires - Oxford - is a 20 minute drive to the closest park and ride and a 7 minute ride on the bus to its centre. Great shopping, many theatres, cinemas and restaurants, live music and much much more. You can also, if you would prefer not to drive, catch a bus from the next village of Deddington; just a mile and a half from Hempton.
Bicester village for world class fashion brand shopping. If shopping is of interest Bicester village is just 25 minutes away by car with plenty of parking.
