My beautiful flat is on the second floor of Kensington House, in the highly sought after Corner Hall complex - office buildings that were refurbished in 2015. They are a 2 minute walk to local shops, and about 4 minutes into the town centre, and you've got Tesco & the leisure complex just 2 minutes up the road in the car. The train station is about a 15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) and access to the M1 / M25 / A41 all less than 5 minutes away. It really couldn't be in a better location. It's also right by the canal so perfect for getting out for a walk and the sports village just a 2 minute walk over the common! The flat has allocated parking for 1 car, but there is lots of visitor room around the back of the building. There are 22 flats in the building which makes it a really friendly community and its secured with double code entry, and a security guard who lives in one of the other buildings but patrols at night. 

The flat comes fully furnished - a hallway cupboard (inc hoover, iron and ironing board), a double bed, two double wardrobes and two drawer units in the bedroom, and a TV & unit in the living room. There is also a gorgeous sofa which pulls out into a double bed. The flat comes fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, alarm system, underfloor heating in the bathroom and all kitchen appliances. I have an inventory list which I am able to share if you need any further details on the furnishings. 
The flat has been kept to a really high standard and still feels very new. I am looking for the right person who will take care of the flat and preserve it's high standard. I am open to being flexible about length of term, but I am looking for a minimum of 6 months ideally. I have no doubt you will love it, and look forward to showing you round.
