Room in a Shared House, Regent Square, EX1

Hi all,

Recently, a house mate has decided to drop out of their contract and we are currently looking for someone in need of one spare room for the next academic year. Its a 3 bedroom house near St Lukes campus, with a bus going to Streatham campus near by. It also has a lovely kitchen, bathroom and living room (photos attached). The bedroom up for grabs is also the biggest of the three, so you'll have plenty of space! The other people in the house comprise of me and my friend, two second year neuroscience students who like to cook together, pull our weight to keep the house clean and would love to get to know you.
