We now have just ONE room available from 1 July in this lovely semi detached property, situated in a quiet cul de sac, yet minutes from shops, bus routes and the ring road.  It is also very close to the John Radcliffe Hospital and not much further from the Nuffield and Churchill hospitals and Oxford city.  Away from work, the city centre, Headington and Summertown  has a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and pubs.The two existing tenants are friendly professionals, but respect personal space.  The house is kept very clean and tidy.  We are looking for a SINGLE professional or a professional COUPLE to share this home with the two existing housemates.The house is an HMO and registered for four persons.In addition to the three double rooms, there is a single room which is shared by all the housemates for various purposes, i.e. additional  storage, overnight  guests, a study, etc.There are two bathrooms, both with walk in showers. The communal areas are open plan -   a comfortable sitting room,  dining room, and kitchen, all of which lend themselves to a friendly, social area.  The room available is a very generous size, with double bed (new mattress), matching drawers and wardrobe.  There is also a desk and chair in the room.  The entire house is decorated to a high standard, in neutral colours and  comes fully furnished and equipped to the same standard.  The kitchen is modern with a breakfast bar, ample cupboard space, and an integrated dish washer.    There is a microwave and oven/hob and the separate utility area houses a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.  A garage is available for storage purposes, i.e bicycles.  There is one parking space but permits can be obtained for additional parking.  To the rear of the property is a small but pleasant garden, with table and seating to enjoy the out doors.The property is managed and maintained by the landlord.
