We are renting our lovely two bedroom semi-detached home on a quiet private lane.

We have decorated the home to a very high specification and will be renting on an unfurnished basis. However we would leave all appliances (American fridge/freezer with filtered water dispenser, Smeg double oven, washing machine and integrated dishwasher)

There is no parking outside the property, you can easily park on the street nearby.

Downstairs is open plan, we have a sitting room, dining area which has a wonderful wood burner and our kitchen which has an island and separate seating area. The French doors lead out to our decking area and garden.

Upstairs we have a bathroom with a bath/shower a double bedroom and a king size bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The loft is fully boarded and lit for storage.

Rental is £1250 per month and we will require a deposit upfront. All bills would need to be paid by the tenants including council tax.

The house will be available from 11th August 2018. 
Sainsbury’s local is around the corner and we are a 10 min walk away from Princess Royal hospital.
