Hi - In the wooded area near the Barn, (please see pictures), I now have a furnished and self-contained mobile home, (less than 10 years old), in the process of having decks, and 5' x 7' shed erected: the latter for use as summerhouse or storage.
Living room with gas fire; fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room with toilet, garden, parking, separate broadband and bills included.

On bus route.
30 minutes driving distance: T. Wells, Newhaven, Horsham
20 minutes driving distance: Lewes, Crawley, Uckfield, Brighton, Glyndebourne, the South Downs National Park.
Countryside surrounding and good walking straight from home.
Parking and possible use of garage.
Although will sleep 6, looking for a single person or couple..
