Lodgers have their own part of the house with a private bathroom that is for lodgers only. There is also a shared lounge/kitchenette which is perfect for studying, working, and relaxing. You also have your own private entrance.

Lots of private space and super comfortable.

(We are a fun family of five living downstairs and you will hardly see us).

The house itself is a clean, and spacious traditional Victorian country home only 5 minutes walk from Hassocks station that will take you into Central Brighton in 9 minutes. Super convenient and the best of both worlds (city and countryside). I commute to the Brighton Laines for work and it only take me 25mins door to door!
