Available Room:
Room 4 is £650 per month. This is a spacious double, it has great built-in storage and a desk area too. The room is on the first floor of the house and shares two bathrooms with two other rooms in the house. This is for a couple or single. There is an additional £25 per month charge for a couple.

Room 5 is £685 per month. The room is situated on the second floor. The en-suite is just outside the room and has a bath with a shower. This room is for a couple or single occupancy. There is an additional £25 a month charge for couples.

The House:
This a great house with free High-Speed Wi-Fi access throughout. The house has 5 rooms, 2 are on the ensuite and there are two additional bathrooms. There is a great open-plan kitchen/ diner/ living space looking out to the garden. The property has a lovely large open-plan kitchen/diner. We supply all the kitchen basics so you do not need to buy anything before you move in.

Our cleaning company cleans the communal areas in the house once a week, this is included in the rent.

The Housemates:
This house has a lovely mix of young professionals, some of the housemates are teachers. They get on really well and socialize together. All of the rooms have desks too if you need to work at home.

Local Area:
This house is in an excellent location, it is 10 minutes from South Harrow tube. A few minutes walk to Shaftsbury Circle which has a supermarket, local shops, restaurants, and other amenities. There are loads of local buses into Harrow, Wembley and to connect you to the local areas.
