Hi. I have 2 Large studio rooms (one only left) to let for Females Only. ALL Bills included. Approx 3mtrs x 7mtrs. Both en-suite with power shower. Nice hot water services. Bathroom cabinet with LED lights and mirror demister.
Each room itself has brand new flooring and carpets. All newly painted with switchable LED spotlights to suit your mood with dimming facility. Furnished with small double bed, 2 seater sofa, WiFi and desk. All are included. Smart Lighting and Smart Heating all controlled from your phone. Broadband included will be super fast in the next 6 months or so.
I am preferably looking for Professional or Student who I feel will look after the Suite. You will have the opportunity to make it your own place being the first to live there.  We are vegetarian so that is also our preference. One person can stay in each suite with their own en-suite shower room each. 
In terms of transport there is the 182 bus which is very regular which takes you to Harrow and Wealdstone station. The Main line then gets you to Central London Euston in about 12-13 mins. If timing is right you can get to Central London within 30-40mins. 
For me it’s important to get the right person. If I feel the person is right but it’s not quite within your budget I’m happy to move slightly on the price. Currently £570.00 is for each suite but the person needs to be right and I’ll look to reduce. Give me a call and just come and see or video call.
