At the moment we have only 1 room to rent, a small single room, the others have rented out very quickly as this is a nice house. Please note that this room is available only to the 14th of September after which it will be occupied for 6 months.

The single room is offered at £500pcm or £115.38 per week (inclusive of all bills).  The room is available now.

Upstairs bathroom with Grohe thermostatic shower over bathtub. Also downstairs toilet.

Delightful garden with lawn, planters, herbs. Area for BBQ and benches. Rear workshop/shed with electricity, work bench - possible store for bikes etc.

Bicycle locking rings at the front and a covered area in the rear of the garden for overnight or longer storage.

The house is in NW10 which is Willesden/Harlesden, on the edge of zone 2/3 and only 12 mins walk to Willesden Junction tube station - Bakerloo line and Overground. Excellent public transport links to all parts of London. Two stops from Westfield. .

Professional housemates; under 30. Mix of hobbies and working patterns. All easy going. Landlord lives in house part of the week as well and am keen to get good, reliable lodgers, and for the house to be a happy home for everyone.

Excellent range of shops and restaurants nearby, and good links to services all round the area.
