Room in a Shared House, Rochemont Walk, E8

We have a double room available from the 14th December in our cosy house near Broadway Market in Haggerston, Hackney.

We are young professionals (2 guys, 1 girl) and are sociable and sometimes go out for drinks/make a flat meal. We have a friendly homey house with lots of glitter art. We also chill out with our own private time too.

The room is a small double room and comes furnished with a built-in cupboard, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and double bed/mattress.

Rent includes bills. One month deposit also required for the room. There are no associated agency fees.

There is one toilet and one bath/shower room which are in separate rooms. We all have different schedules so there's never a queue. While the house doesn't have a living room we have a kitchen with a table, sofa and lots of cushions where we hang out. We also have a small garden :)

We love living here and are tidy, considerate souls. We're looking for someone who is also tidy and friendly to join us :)
