A delightful king bed on the ground floor in a peaceful sought after location close to Leeds Bradford airport and Harrogate.  The room boasts a comfortable king sized bed and storage for during your stay. On the first floor there is a kitchen for the exclusive use of guests with washer dryer, fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, crockery plates, iron, and ironing board & cutlery.

The Landlord Chris lives on the property and is available if needed for advice on the local area and how to get around. Each bedroom on the property is lockable.

Outside there is available parking, or local public transport is just a few minutes away.

There is a fully fitted kitchen on the first floor & 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet available. When you enter the house there is glass fronted sun lounge. The local shops are minutes away, Morrisons & Aldi are close by. The house is situated in Tranmere Park which is a quiet part of Guiseley.
