About us: We are a friendly couple who have had successful previous shared living experiences because we are welcoming and create a homely and relaxed atmosphere. It is important to us that anyone living here is happy and well and feels that this is 'home'. My wife is a nurse and her caring and compassionate nature shines through. Previous tenants have only left because of the end of a work contract, relocating overseas or the completion of studies. In fact, our current tenant is happy to provide further insight in to living here for anyone interested. The Area: The house is located in a quaint semi rural position called Wood Street Village. It is a perfect balance for anyone wanting to enjoy living in nature while still being close to everything the south of England has to offer. There is a great local pub with an extensive food menu delivering a high standard of food, as well as a post office and local shop. We are only 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets and historic Guildford which has lots of shops, events and restaurants. From Guildford station, London Waterloo can be reached in 40 minutes, making this area popular with commuters. We are on the doorstep of the Surrey Hills, an area of Outstanding Beauty with year round great walks and hikes through fields, forests and historic homes. In only a couple of hours you can reach the South Coast, New Forest, Stonehenge and even the West Country (Bath, Somerset etc.). 
The Property:    The property has been modernised to a high standard and the double bedroom has an adjoining small private sitting area with a dedicated shower room close by.
