The photos are taken in the Bedsit to show part of its sitting area and the staircase to the second floor.
This bedsit is unusual as it has a sleeping area which is separate from the sitting area.

Each bedsit has its own modern shower cubicle with overhead and handheld shower head. There is a cooking area with necessary facilities and a small fridge.

Each floor has a w. c. with wash hand basin which is shared with the other two bedsits (2 people) on that floor.

There is an excellent large capacity washing machine/drier to share. High speed broadband included. Regular cleaner for common parts.

This bedsit has a small amount of furniture. This can be removed if you prefer. References required and a deposit equal to 5 weeks rent. This deposit is insured by a deposit protection scheme as required by law.  
This is two floors above the small nightclub Thirty3Hz. it is generally only open on a Friday and Saturday nights but there can on occassion be other nights during the week.
