The occupant will have their own, large, furnished, double bedroom and their own bathroom, inc. wash basin, toilet, bath, enclosed shower, and heated towel rail. The bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed plus 2 x sets of all new bedding, inc. 2 x new double duvets. In addition the room has a large built in wardrobe with shelving and clothes hanging space, two bedside cabinets with bedside lamp, full length mirror, a brand new 32” Smart TV, inc. FreeSat, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps, smoke alarm, shelving, computer desk and chair and a chest of drawers. The occupant would also benefit from use of the rest of the house, including kitchen, lounge, dining room, conservatory, with exercise bike, utility room, downstairs toilet and large garden. Freezer / refrigerator space are also available. Free Wi-Fi and high speed Broadband are included. The occupant will have sole occupancy of the room whether staying 5 or 7 nights per week.

The house is located at the endof a quiet cul-de-sac which benefits from little or no road noise and has views overlooking both front and rear gardens, including Letcombe Brook. Roadside parking is available. Local shops are within a 5 minute walk. The property is approximately 1 mile from Wantage town centre and within easy reach of Williams F1, MacDermid Autotype and Crown Packaging.

Rent required is £585 per calendar month, which includes use of all utilities, i.e. gas, electric, water and council tax. This includes use of washing machine and tumble drier. There is a landline telephone if needed but cost of calls made using this would be additional.  A landline handset can be provided, free of charge for the bedroom, if required.

Smoker or non-smoker considered but no smoking in the house please and no pets allowed.
