Grays city centre is 4/5 minutes walking while the train station is only 7 minutes walking. Central London (London Frenchurch Street Station) is only 35 minutes via C2C train. Residents of the area mainly work in central London and commute by train. 

This is a high standard living place where the existing tenant who is in his late 20s is looking for a peace loving, respectable and friendly flat mate. Due to the nature of the work existing tenant uses the living room quite often for his work. However, there is no censorship in using the kitchen whenever needed.
