The Room: We have a double room situated at the back of the house on the 1st floor with a view onto the garden. It has a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, wall mounted desk with stool, bedside table and artwork. There is also plenty of room for other furniture if required. The room is available now and costs £475 per month.
The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license) and includes unlimited fibre broadband. We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!
The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants.
The Landlord: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges.
