The house in located in the centre of West Swindon. It is 7-minute walking distance from Link centre, where you can find a big ASDA supermarket, Better gym, swimming pool, post office, bank, laundry shop and etc. It is 18-minute walking distance to Windmill Hill Business Park. Local Bus stops 1A 10, 54, 154 is just 2 minute walking distance.

There are also plenty of free parking space outside of the property.
However, vans are not permitted to park outside due to residential restriction.

I am an employee of a semi-conductor company and living alone in Swindon. Students and professions are welcomed.

No DDS, CCJ, No pets, no couples. However, weekend partner visit is allowed.
