Farncombe train station is just over half a mile away, this is about a 12 minute walk.

The Coop is about a 4 minute drive away being just the other side of the station. Both Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are about a 7 minute drive away.

Sadly, Google streetview is older than the build date and so shows the building plot not the building, have a look at the photos for a proper idea of what to expect!
