All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers, double beds and mattresses. All the beds are now metal beds - not divans as shown into photos.

We are looking for working professionals with good references and that can live easily and amicably with other professional tenants. Being tidy, clean and considerate of other tenants working patterns are essential.

PLEASE NOTE: Employment references confirming income, background and credit checks sre required. You will need to be on a permanent contract so zero hours or temporary contracts will fail the referencing. You would need a take home salary of at least two and a half times the rent. Anyone with an IVA, CCJ or without a credit or employment history are unlikely to pass the referencing.
