The available bedroom is south facing towards the rear of the tenement and looks onto the large communal back garden. The room has 2 single wardrobes and tall set of drawers and lounge chair. The photos show a single bed, however this has been changed to a double bed.

Internally, the shared spaces are:
a main galley style bathroom with overbath shower.
A kitchen which is small but fully functional with washer/dryer, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, airfryer and fridge freezer.
A living room which is spacious and faces onto Victoria Park. It has 2 settees, an armchair, a coffee table, small table with 2 chairs and the TV.
There is WiFi via Virgin media (cable reaching all rooms as well as TV license and basic TV package.

There is a large storage cupboard in the hall. The flat has gas central heating with radiators in each room. All windows are double glazed.

There is a small front garden belonging to the flat and a larger communal, south facing back at the rear.

The flat is situated in the Whiteinch area and faces onto Victoria Park. If driving, there is no driveway or garage, however plenty of free parking on the road. There are bus stops within easy reach, that will take you into Glasgow or Partick. Alternatively a brisk 20min walk will take you into Partick where there is a main bus station, trainline and subway station.
Local amenities such as GP surgery, dentist, pharmacist, local shops, off license, post office, bowling club, pubs, cafes, restaurants etc are all within easy walking distance.

Please note, this is a residential area and the neighbours are very friendly. Although visitors are welcome, we would strongly discourage loud parties.

There is a family dog called Archie who is a white westie. He does not live permanently in the flat, however does visit once or twice a week for several hours at a time. He is very good natured and enjoys company.

The flatshare is with Ben a 25yr old male who jointly owns the property with myself, though I do not live in the property. Ben works full time and is very helpful and friendly but also respectful of other people's space.
Ideally looking for a lodger between 20-40ys of age, male or female, preferably a non smoker, friendly, tidy and mindful of neighbours.
Rental price of £650pm includes bills.
