I have two rooms available in a spacious three bedroom flat located in Tradeston within a residential development.

Only a 5/10 minute walk from Glasgow city centre and views over the river and parking available.

There is a reception hallway, large lounge, kitchen and 2 bathrooms for two tenants.

I am looking for professional and reliable tenants to move in from the end of July/early August. The length of stay is flexible.

It is £550-£575 a month for rent per room and £500 deposit with first month of rent upfront. So it will be £1050-£1075 for when you move in.

I live in London but will be visiting Glasgow over the next few weeks to show potential tenants around. I will also be keeping one of the rooms vacant for when I very occasionally visit (every few months or so). But it will mainly just be the 2 tenants.

The property has double glazing, electric heating, is entered via secure entry and stair access and benefits from well kept communal areas. There is also residents parking.

There are lots of local amenities and excellent transportation links with nearby access onto the M8 motorway.

Rent includes all bills (electricity, council tax, TV license, internet).

The front room has a sofa, dining table with chairs and a TV cabinet. Once cleared of the current tenants’ personal furniture, it will look as it does in the photos.

Room 1 (£575): The largest room is front facing with views over the river. It comes with a built in mirrored wardrobe, dressing table, side drawers, chair and king sized bed.

Room 2 (£550): This room also has views over the river. It comes with a built in mirrored wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and side drawers.

Room 3 (£575): This back facing room has an en suite with a shower and toilet. There is a built in mirrored wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers.

In order to secure the room a deposit of £500 would be needed.

No pets, smoking in the flat or couples please.
