I'm a 39 year old professional female looking for a clean, friendly and considerate flatmate.

I have a double room to rent with its own bathroom across the hall with in-bath shower. The room has a double bed, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside table. It is decorated in neutral colours.

The flat itself is modern and stylish, with a comfortable living room with dining area. The flat is on the first floor and there is a lift. It's in a very quiet area of the New Gorbals, close to town and the Merchant City, but also handy for the South Side and West End. There is ample parking outside the flat.

There is unlimited wireless broadband, Sky+, widescreen TV. The kitchen adjoins the living/dining room and has most mod cons (except a dishwasher, unfortunately!).

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, likes to socialise but isn’t having parties!

The rent is £450 per month including bills (council tax, electricity, gas, Sky (unlimited wireless broadband, Sky+ TV), TV licence and BT landline).

The flat is available from 22nd June (there is some flexibility on this so do ask if you need to move earlier) and available to view now. If you have any questions or would like to do a video call viewing, please just ask.
