Room in a Shared Flat, Ascot Court, G12

Hello,

I have a room available from the beginning of January for 5 months (could be a bit flexible). Visiting researchers and Erasmus Mundus students are welcome. (Former Erasmus Mundus scholar here 🤗 for support)

The flat is in a very quiet and convenient location:

- 4m walk to Anniesland train station (9-15m to city center)
- 2m walk to bus 6, 15, M4 to Glasgow Uni (12-15m bus journey), bus stops for Highland and Loch Lomond links
- 6m walk to Lidl, Morrison
- 13m walk to M&S, Asda
- 25m walk to the Botanics or to the retail park with Tool Station, Screw Fix,…
- Cafes, Restaurants, charity shops in Anniesland cross within a 5-10m walk
- Parking available

Rent is £600 a month (or £150 per week). Bills are included with a cap (£40 per week - £160 per month for the flat electricity and gas is covered in the rent - meaning if the electricity and gas expenses exceed this amount, we will split the difference. - This cap is for us not to waste energy. My Oct bill is around £55 ☺️.

I am quiet, tidy, and respect your space, but I also enjoy chatting sometimes when I am not too busy with work.

The flat is furnished with dehumidifiers for drying clothes and a robot vacuum to clean. We’ll share the kitchen / common room and bathroom.
