This is a third floor tenement flat. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a spacious dine in kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The flat has gas central heating and all rooms, including the bathroom, have large double glazed windows. The flat is east/westward facing and the kitchen as well as the smaller bedroom (or study) get the sunlight in the afternoon.

The flat is at a 2 minute walking distance from Cross Hill train station. Trains into Glasgow Central take 10 minutes, alternatively it is a 15 minute cycle ride. Govan Hill is a mixed neighborhood. It is cheap and attracts all sorts of people, including first time buyers, artists, immigrants and creative types. Some parts are impoverished and rough, however the neighborhood is also home to Glasgow's finest sourdough bakery, an abundance of charity shops, Glasgow's coolest curry place, trendy bars in neighbouring Strathbungo and a wealth of good cafe's on Victoria road.     
The flat is available from the 8th of July and viewings will be held for four days from the 2nd of July.
