It's around a 15 minute walk from the city centre and roughly the same to get to the West End of the city/Great Western Road.

Move in date is from the 1st November (possibly earlier depending), but I'll give the tenant the keys around 3 or 4 days before that so they can start moving stuff in before they need to start paying.
