We understand that finding a good quality, safe and affordable place to live during your studies is essential. That is why we are prioritising our homes at The Quadrangle in Ruchill to people who are studying and working, or unable to take up studying due to the cost of accommodation.

Our one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes are designed to provide a comfortable and supportive home away from home while you are studying and includes family accommodation. We offer all students who qualify a standard Private Residential Tenancy, which gives you peace of mind as you know that you have a place to stay for the duration of your studies, should you need it.

We are committed to giving priority to students who are having to finance their studies by working alongside their education, who come from backgrounds with limited financial resources or who are facing economic or other challenges. This includes students who may have had access to additional support or assistance previously.

We welcome applications from individuals or couples for our one-bedroom apartments, and from families or groups of two or three people sharing for our two- and three -bedroom apartments.
