The 2 double rooms on the first floor (Room 2&3 - £650) has a built in wardrobe, mirrors, a bedside table with draws, a double bed with pull out draws, a desk and chair and a lock and key for the door. 

The single room (£450) on the first floor includes a single bed, 2 pull out draws, a desk and chair and lock and key for the door. 

The third double room on the second floor (Room 5 - £650) is a private spacious room, with 2 beautiful skylights, a wardrobe, a bedside draw, double bed, a desk and chair and locks on the door.

There is a beautiful shared kitchen with dining area. The living area is not shared however lodgers have their own living space on the first floor with a smart tv, coffee table and sofa. Monthly rent includes all the bills (bi weekly cleaner, gas, electric, water, council tax and high speed Wi-Fi broadband).

I am looking to live with friendly people who can respect the home, and of others, are clean and tidy and can maintain a good standard of living (as no-one wants to live with a messy housemate).

Gillingham Railway Station is a 11 minute walk and the town centre is a 8 minute walk away.
