A bedroom has become available at our popular and beautiful house, recently refurbished, that offers the best in luxury shared living.

The house is 10 minutes walk from Gillingham train station and the town centre, with easy access to the A2. The Medway Maritime Hospital is only a 25 minutes walk.

The property has 5 bedrooms, three en-suite with the remaining two sharing a bathroom. The bedroom available, has an en-suite shower room. Each single occupancy bedroom is fully furnished with TV and internet ports. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a large hot water tank to ensure plenty of hot water. Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and full length mirror.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hob, oven, sink, dishwasher with a microwave and washer / dryer. The property has a separate living room with dining table and chairs to seat five and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a patio with large garden.

The rent is inclusive of bills including all utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax. The communal areas of the property are cleaned fortnightly.

The house is licensed to meet all safety regulations and is fitted with everything you will need, to make your new home very comfortable.

We give tenants the choice to pay one month security deposit (protected in a deposit scheme) or to use a Reposit.
