Room in a Shared House, Church Road, NE9

I have spent the last 9 months renovating this beautiful huge house.

This is not normal type of house share because the house is been arranged on 2 levels one for guys and one for girls with their own bathrooms and separate toilet it's private and quite amazing how quiet the house can be its highly recommended for viewing if you are used to living with 2 or 4 people.

I have individually put a lot of thought into guys and girls needs in the rooms.

It has a kitchen with everything you need lots of storage and refrigeration the living room has a fabulous views from the balcony.

The house is close to all amenities and a good bus route north, south, east or west.

I am very proud of my rental house and only want people living in the house that will respect the house as their own and respect others whom live there.
