The Flat is  Purpose Built, Self Contained, Two private parking spaces, Economy 7, A few minutes drive from M1 and M25, 4 minute walk to train station. 

The Property is up for rent as a potential buyer pulled out of buying it several weeks ago and because of the budget and time of year I have decided to rent it out again.  I am looking for a potential tenant for around 6 months, if possible  I can be flexible on this depending on the conditions of the market and the Tenant, If things are going well and the market has not picked up I may rent it out for a full 12 months then look at the situation again.

The Property is available from mid to Late November 2024.

The Present Tenant has been there since 2016 and the one before that for over 10 years,

I have owned the property since about 1997.

If an investor was to buy the Property I would want them to take the Tenant on with the same terms and conditions.

The tenant would have to be flexible and would allow me to show potential buyers the property, I would do the viewings and not the estate agent.
