Three story house Victorian house, maximum 3 Tenants High end quality throughout. My two tenants are amazing, whenever you walk in it’s Always immaculate just like the photos! We are looking for another clean, tidy, respectful house mate. 

This is a lovely big Victorian house, 3 story high with off rd lay-by parking, always plenty of space.

This house has been totally renovated throughout. New electrics, boiler central heating system. Brand new carpets (quality carpets with soft underlay) All bedrooms have black out blinds incase of shift work!


The house is 3 story's and so no tripping over each other. The bedrooms are all very spacious. Two living rooms, two bathrooms. Newly paved front and back yard. Garden shed for storage, cycles etc.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer so everyone has plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Everything is brand new including all crockery, pots and pan's. Totally fully equipped kitchen. Ironing board, iron.

Each lodger will have two kitchen Cupboards for food, two shelves in the fridge and one large freezer shelf.

This house is big enough for each lodger to have their own lounge space without sitting with others, if you so wish.

The top floor is let as a self contained flat containing bedroom, bathroom and lounge, you would only need to share the kitchen. ( This floor has now been taken)
