Double room for rent in shared terraced house, in Frome just a five minute walk from the Town Centre and the railway. Current tennant looking to sell their furniture, otherwise it will be taken away to leave the room unfurnished. The room is only available for one tenant. The house is only five years old and was purchased as new with all original fixtures and fittings still in perfect working order. You will be sharing with the landlord, professional female, 31 years old, who works locally as a graphic designer. Prospective tenants should be clean, tidy and willing to help out with weekly cleaning/chores, use of the communal areas are allowed at all hours, provided that a respectful consideration is given to others e.g. no loud music/TV. The property is not available to people who smoke, students or are DSS. The tenant should be laid back and easy to get along with, and be up for the occasional night out or night in!

The double room for offer is adjacent to the bathroom with shower over bath, that is solely for your use. The double room is provided unfurnished. The room has space for a double bed, wardrobe and dresser, use of an adjacent small bedroom is also provided for minimal storage. There is also a linen cupboard for shared storage. 

The communal areas stated above are as follows - Lounge with L-shaped sofa, large 40-inch LCDTV, DVD player, large selection of DVD's and other items. The lounge is linked to the private amenity space at the rear of the house via a pair of French Doors, the external area consists of a raised patio with garden furniture and a lower grassed area. The external space links to the kitchen/diner also, which has a dining table with 4 chairs, fridge/freezer, electric hob, fan oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large selection kitchenware and dining ware. 

Parking is un-allocated on the street and usually there are spaces available outside the house/along the street. There is a shared parking space for use also. There is a locked garage should the tenant wish to store a bicycle or other items within reason. 

The rent per calendar includes all bills. The bills cover council tax, gas & electricity, water rates, broadband, phone and TV license. A deposit will also be required upon commencement of the tenancy.
