Here i am renting a beautifully presented single room (furnished) with a single bed, desk and wardrobe for storage. You will have full access to the living area, kitchen and garden as well as the use of a private bathroom and the use of the office (when not being used by us, ideal for a private space to relax in the evening etc) 

We are a married couple looking for a relaxed laid back housemate, we travel a lot and both have full time jobs so you will have a lot of free time at home. we are looking for an employed (or self employed) professional to move into this well cared for home in Fontwell. 

There is FREE parking 30 seconds from the house, a beautiful green, woods, and the best coffee shop only a few mins drive away, there is a train station less then 10 mins drive with direct links to London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Southsea. On the estate we have a coop, and a fuel station less than a min away. For shops Chichester is less than 10 mins drive as well as Bognor Regis and Arundel less than 15mins drive away. 

You must love animals as much as we do. We have cats and dogs here, all very well behaved, well trained and spend most of the time outside. They will offer you the most warmest of welcomes and the biggest of cuddles on the sofa in the evening. 

If you have an electric car we can discuss charging here at home on the drive (subject to increased rent and a written agreement) We would encourage viewing in person before making any decisions, this is for single residence only. We have FREE wifi here as well.
