3 Bed Flat, Earls Avenue, CT20

Semi-furnished and spacious three bedroom flat on the third, top-floor and in the eaves of a lovely old building on Earls Avenue. It's a quiet family building, and there's a beautiful staircase hall entrance. It's a three bed but in the eaves so a little smaller than a normal three bed, but the rooms themselves are big. It's got a brand new double bed, fridge/freezer, washer-drier (all from John Lewis), and all kitchen equipment, and great cutlery. Also a small sofa bed. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom, on the way up the stairs. The kitchen is small but nice and fully-equipped. 

Ideally I'm seeking someone who'll be there for a long time, and who'll make it their home. It would suit a couple who need extra space, or a small family, or perhaps a couple and a single person or two quiet couples. It's 2 minutes walk from the sea, ten minutes from Folkestone Central train station and right in the elegant heart of Folkestone's West End in an old building. 

I'm not in any huge hurry to rent it, and would prefer to wait for the right person. I'd want to see evidence of employment, ideally references, and to rent to someone nice that I trust. I could rent in April or anytime after that.
