A nice & big kitchen with washing machine, gas oven, fridge etc. You have your private own room, and it is equipped with bed, waldrobe, desk and chair. Share bathroom, Central heating & WIFI available through out the house.
WIFI, Water, Gas, Electricity Bills are included. Once a week, full cleaning up of the common area. Please note that there is no TV license paid for this address. If you want to watch TV you will need to buy the license on your own.
No smoking or pets allowed inside the house. It's important to keep the common area clean after you used it. You will need to share the responsibility to keep the place enjoyable, but you'll enjoy their company and independency as well.
