Room in a Shared Flat, Saint Leonards, NW10

Hello! My lovely flatmate is moving out and I am renting a big and bright double bedroom in a great 2 bedroom flat with a nice garden in willesden junction.
The room has plenty of space for many storage solutions, big windows, plenty of light and a nice and comfortable bed.
There is only one other tenant, me. I am a 34 Italian woman working for an e-commerce. I am looking for a considerate and very clean girl/woman to share this lovely flat with. This is not a party house however you are definitely welcome to have someone over as long as there is respect of sleeping hours and and cleaningness.
The house is fairly new and well kept, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and there is also a dishwasher which is a great thing!
The bathroom has a shower bath and two sinks with more than enough storage for all your toiletries.
There is a little laundry room with a washing machine/drier, again, great during winter months!
The living room faces the garden, the sofa bed is super comfortable, space for your books is enough if you have any and the vintage armchair is great for chilling with a cup of coffee(or wine if you prefer).
The rent is 700£ per month and bills are not included but all in are around 80£ per month(each),depending mostly on gas during winter months(we have a card which is a lot cheaper).Deposit is £700.
The house is located between four tube stations, mostly all at the same walkable distance: Willesden junction, Harlesden, Neasden and Dollis hill.
There is a lovely little park just one minute walk from home, it's my favourite place during sunny days.
The landlords are great and they are always ready to help when needed.
The area offers a variety of different shops, Tesco, Poundland, way to save, Costa cafe, and some nice eating options if you are a foodie like me.
