Outside there is a small terrace/patio with table and chairs. Smoking is not allowed in the flat, but is allowed out here. The flat is above the the charity shop in Flackwell Heath. A stone's throw from the supermarket and on the bus route for easy access to High Wycombe, Marlow and Bourne End. Parking is outside the shops or in street opposite and has never been an issue.
