Lodgers sought to share large three-bed house, situated in Hanworth, midway between Hampton and Feltham. 

The Rooms: 

 2x spacious, bright furnished double bedroom with a double ottoman bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is a shared bathroom next door. 

Bedroom 1 – £550 per calendar month 

Bedroom 2 – £550 per calendar month. 

All bills are totally inclusive (Superfast broadband, TV licence, Council tax, Gas, Electricity & Water).Deposit of 1 month (returnable at the end of your stay) and References required. 

The Lodger: 

Preferably looking for clean and quiet mature students & working professionals. Preferably single female lodgers but open to offers/interests, however no couples. 

The House: 

The house has a shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom, front and back garden, Wi-Fi, fully-fitted kitchen, washing machine, and fridge-freezer.Off street parking is also available. 

The Area: 

The property is well located - it is in a quiet residential area, yet close to amenities and transport.There are bus stops within a 1 minute walk from the house with buses towards Feltham, Hampton, Hampton Court, Kingston, Twickenham, Richmond, Hounslow and Heathrow. 15 minute bus journey from South-West rail stations at Hampton and Feltham, both with direct links to London Waterloo in 35 minutes. Good service towards Reading and Windsor & Eton Riverside. 

There is plenty of green space nearby including Hanworth Park, Bushy Park, Home Park, Hampton Court Palace and Richmond Park slightly further afield.Supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, Farmfoods, Costco are within driving distance.There is a large leisure centre (Hanworth Air Parks) nearby, Cineworld, Bowling and Feltham/Hounslow/Kingston shopping centres.
