We are looking for either a student or a working professional to come and join a friendly shared house. This established household is shared by a mixture of students 👩🎓 and working professionals 👷♀️ and has a calm and relaxing 😎 atmosphere, which the owners are keen to maintain.

Shared facilities include a lounge opening onto outdoor space, 2 bathrooms and additional WC.

All bills are included in the rent - this even includes a regular cleaner for communal areas. There is just a small connection charge for Wifi 📶 of less than £1 per week.

The house is just a 12 minute bike ride away from Birchwood Science Park, and only 9 minutes from the many employers on Woolston Grange. And just a 4 minute bike ride from the local sports facilities ⛹️ though if you’d prefer to walk, it's still only 12 minutes on foot!
For drivers, 🚗 there is driveway parking.
With a bus stop 🚌 just outside the backdoor, access to Warrington Town centre, Birchwood shopping centre 🛒, and Birchwood railway station is easy.
