My partner and I have recently bought and fully refurbished this spacious house. We have a newly furnished double room becoming vacant.
We are a warm and welcoming couple looking for professionals to share our home with either on a long term basis, we would also consider Mon-Fri let or short term let.
We are clean and tidy, not party people but sociable and enjoy our outdoor space and the easy access to green spaces around us.
The house has a large living space, with dining and lounge areas, and a large rear window onto the garden.
The kitchen has been newly fitted with a wraparound breakfast bar, and tons of storage for personal items.
There is also a space off the kitchen which we are using as a 'work from home' office area.
Upstairs there are 2 newly installed bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and another with a large shower cubicle.
The large double rooms have beds and bedside table, along with plenty of storage and hanging space.
Outside we are attempting to grow our own fruit and vegetables, when available we are happy to share fresh produce from the garden.
There is a garage at the bottom of the garden where a bike can be securely stored.
The location allows easy access into and out of Exeter City Centre, very close to a cycle route into the city, the RD&E hospital is also nearby.
Local buses regularly go into town, but also out to The Science Park, Pinhoe, Cranbrook, Digby & Sowton.
The Met Office is within walking distance as is Sowton business park.
Easy walk to Polsloe Bridge station for trains to Exmouth. Also close to Pinhoe station where you can get trains to London.
There are large green spaces nearby which are lovely to walk through or spend time in, Exhibition Fields, Hamlin Lane or Mincinglake Valley are very close by.
Also within walking distance to a large Sainsbury's store and ALDI, there are also a selection of local takeaways.
Only 5 min drive to Junction 29 of the M5 gives access by car to the main road network
