The process of renting this house was made so easy and stress-free by Charlie, especially as 5 out of the 6 tenants were on a year abroad at the time of signing contracts etc - this was greatly appreciated by myself! He was great throughout the year we lived here too - we had a Whatsapp group chat to keep in touch. This meant issues (all of which were minor) in the house were quickly resolved without fuss. We never felt that Charlie would be unfair or take advantage of us being students. F 2019


I really liked the house we rented from Charlie. It was cleaned to a good standard when we arrived. Charlie was easy to get hold of when we needed to and was always happy to help if we ever had any issues. I would happily recommend others to rent the property with him that we did, especially over finding a property through an estate agent, which we have had bad experiences with in the past in Exeter. Charles is a fantastic landlord who is kind and helpful. Our student house in Exeter was really really nice, and we loved living there. Charlie is friendly and relaxed, and kindly put photos up for us, and fixed things whenever we asked him to. The house was kept in a really great condition, and was ready and freshly painted when we moved in. Although we rarely had any issues, he was always available to contact which was really reassuring.
