Errol is 15 minutes or so by car from Perth and Dundee and is on a local bus route to Perth and Dundee (16). Car parking is on street at the front of the flat or you can use quiet side roads. Amenities, chemist, a convenience store, pub and a primary school are all within 5 minutes walking distance of the flat.

Electricity is on a card meter with SSE, which means you pay for it as you go along. The card will be provided to the tenant at the outset of the lease. A satellite dish is installed serving the flat, if you wish to use this facility you must provide the digital box and meet any installation or subscription costs. The same conditions apply for any broadband installation for which you choose to subscribe.

The tenant is responsible for council tax due to the local authority for the flat for the duration of his or her lease. The council tax banding for the flat is band A. The tenant will require to deal directly with the council regarding this matter.

Rental: £325 per calendar month, plus a deposit of £500 payable with first month’s rent. First month’s rent and deposit to be paid by bank transfer prior to receiving the keys and thereafter each subsequent month’s rent to be paid to me by bank standing order on the first day of each calendar month.
