I've recently refurbished my riverside apartment which has views to the Thames and Riverside park. The flat is located 3 min walk from the Erith Train station, in a quiet leafy area, 8-10 min walk from Erith Riverside shopping center. I have a large double bedroom to rent. It has a built in wardrobe and a recently handmade solid double bed with underbed storage.
I'm looking for a professional person, ideally someone who appreciates their own space as I'm part living with my partner in North East London and I work in Westminster. The flat has new furniture, new floors, modern bathroom, induction hobs, brand new & very effective boiler and the apartment itself is warm in winter as it's so well insulated. Bills such as water, energy, service charge, council tax, BT fiber broadband are also included.
