South East of England near Epsom and Cheam. The house is a large detached house in a residential area, so noise levels are a minimum in the area. The house is close to public transportation, including a train station which goes to London Victoria and bus stations to local towns. The house has other tenants and you will be living with the home owner. All the rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobes. There is internet connection available, and all bills are shared. You will also have full access to the kitchen and appliances. 
Female applicants would be preferred.  Tidy and considerate tenants who do not smoke or drink alcohol excessively would also be preferable, as you will be living with other people. Applicants must also be acceptable to living with cats, as there is a cat in the house.
